Features and Button Explanations

• Layer List: Dropdown to select and switch between layers.
• Rename Field + Set: Enter a new name and click "Set" to rename the active layer.
• T (Create Top): Creates a new layer above the current one.
• B (Create Below): Creates a new layer below the current one.
• Del: Deletes the active layer (if there’s more than one).
• < (Move Up): Moves the active layer down in the stack.
• > (Move Down): Moves the active layer up in the stack.
• Alpha Slider: Adjusts the opacity of the active layer.
• Flash Checkbox: When enabled, flashes the selected layer to highlight it.
• Hide/Show Button: Toggles the visibility of the active layer.
• Lock/Unlock Button: Locks or unlocks the active layer for editing.
• Frames Button: Opens a dialog to navigate frames, with "<" and ">" buttons to switch between them.
• Minimize Checkbox: Collapses the dialog to save space.
• Close Button (-): Closes the dialog.
